Utah Virtual Academy offers individual course enrollment for Utah students in grades 6–12 through the State Online Education Program (SOEP). Take one course or several — without leaving your current school. This is not full-time enrollment.

SOEP Enrollment Process

 New Students 

Follow these two simple steps to enroll at UTVA:

Step 1 – PowerSchool Enrollment
Complete the UTVA enrollment application in PowerSchool – CLICK HERE

Step 2 – Course Selection
Request courses through SEATS – CLICK HERE

*Once both steps are finished, you’re all set for the upcoming school year.

Returning Students

Complete these 2 steps to get ready for the upcoming school year:

Step 1 – Request Courses
Students select their courses in SEATS – CLICK HERE

Step 2 – Parent Portal & Agreements
After courses are requested, parents will receive instructions to create their PowerSchool Parent Portal account and complete all
required forms.

*Once both steps are finished, you’re all set for the upcoming school year.
